Hospitality property management platform Cloudbeds has launched Ask Signals, a conversational AI interface designed to help hotel teams access operational, guest and revenue-data through natural language queries.
The tool is part of the San Diego, Calif.-based company’s spring release and is built on Signals, Cloudbeds’ hospitality intelligence architecture that connects reservations, revenue, channels, payments, guest data and marketing information within a single system. In addition to guest intelligence, Ask Signals is designed to analyze pickup trends, booking pace, channel mix, revenue performance and direct booking data through conversational prompts.
According to the company, Ask Signals allows hotel staff to retrieve insights without manually compiling reports or navigating multiple platforms. The interface is intended for use by front desk teams, general managers and revenue managers seeking information related to guest activity, booking trends, operational performance and revenue opportunities.
“Every hotel technology company will have AI,” Adam Harris, co-founder and CEO of Cloudbeds, said in a statement. “What will matter is the quality and connectedness of the data underneath it. Ask Signals is different because it’s built on a unified platform that understands the full context of hotel operations—from guest preferences and booking trends to revenue performance and marketing activity.”
Cloudbeds noted the system compiles information including booking source, channel history, payment records, ancillary spend, Average Daily Rate (ADR), review history and recent guest communications across its platform.
