Coury Hospitality announces lifestyle hotel openings and development

Coury Hospitality, a lifestyle hospitality management company, continues to grow its portfolio of boutique hotels with a pipeline of new openings and developments across the U.S. Coury will open at least three new hotels in the next two years.

HALL Park Hotel, the first Autograph Collection lifestyle hotel in Frisco, Texas, is slated to open in September. Managed by Coury and owned by HALL Group, the property will have 224 rooms, including 60 suites with kitchenettes and balconies with views of HALL Park’s new Kaleidoscope Park. There are signature dining offerings including a Northern Italian three-meal restaurant and a lobby wine bar, as well as a cabana-lined rooftop pool,  fitness center, rooftop gardens,and a terrace patio. The property will also have over 8,500 square feet of event space including a 4,000-square-foot ballroom and four meeting rooms.

The Seahaus Hotel in Atlantic City, N.J. is poised to open in the first quarter of 2025. With 105 guestrooms, a pool and a three-meal restaurant, the property is the first Tribute Portfolio lifestyle hotel in the city.

The Elmore Hotel in Southlake, Texas, 30 miles west of Dallas, will join Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio in Q2 of 2025. The property will have 175 guestrooms and Coury’s signature restaurant-forward touch of curating dishes paired with a diverse range of onsite entertainment.

Coury has also announced plans for four new developments.

Set to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, a Chisholm Creek luxury property will open in Oklahoma City, Okla. Part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the hotel will include 181 guestrooms and a three-meal restaurant. The property will also feature a pool and rooftop.

Building on the success of the Hotel Vin in historic Grapevine, Texas, Coury is expanding its Vin Hotel Collection brand with Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills, anticipated to open in Rogers, Ark., in 2027. The Marriott Autograph Collection development will have 125 guestrooms, a three-meal restaurant, a rooftop bar, pool and meeting and event space.

A Fort Worth, Texas hotel is scheduled to open its doors in early 2027. Part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the lifestyle hotel will have 176 rooms, a pool and a variety of Coury’s immersive culinary spaces, including a speakeasy, rooftop pool and restaurant and a three-meal dining experience.

Coury has also signed a forthcoming Autograph Collection development in Flower Mound, Texas, a half hour northwest of Dallas. The Mediterranean-style hotel will have 181 guestrooms including 20 suites, and a spa and pool, Coury’s curated culinary experiences at a three-meal restaurant and café, and 4,000 square feet of meeting space.
