Kasa Living—a tech-enhanced flexible accommodations brand and operator—has added the Kasa Palo Alto (Calif.) to its portfolio. Located close to Stanford University in Silicon Valley, the Kasa Palo Alto is a conversion of the former Travelodge by Wyndham Palo Alto Silicon Valley.
Kasa collaborated with Stay Cal Hospitality to launch the hotel, the third property in their partnership. "We purchased this property with Kasa in mind," Hiten Suraj, founder of Stay Cal Hospitality, said in a statement. "Kasa understands hospitality. They deliver a high-quality guest experience with attractive operating margins through their unique, tech-enabled offering."
The property has online check-in, a virtual front desk and smart locks. The property's team is available via text, chat or phone.
