Remington to manage Corpus Christi Holiday Inn

Remington Hospitality unveils the rebranding and full renovation of the Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Airport & Conference Center, as the company assumes management of the property. This venture signifies Remington's inaugural partnership with Domus Holdings, LLC, and its debut in the dynamic Corpus Christi locale. Located near the Port of Corpus, the Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Airport & Conference Center caters to discerning guests, including those affiliated with Corpus Christi’s burgeoning oil and gas enterprises and welding firms.

“We’re honored to have been selected to spearhead this impactful brand refresh and renovation from the ground up,” Stephanie Bauer Ribbs, divisional vice president of operations at Remington Hospitality, said in a statement. “Our team is thrilled to oversee the operation of this hotel, which is poised to become a premier destination for group meetings, events, and travelers, further enhancing the region’s burgeoning business landscape.”

Originally built in 1981 as a Holiday Inn, the property underwent a transformation into the Corpus Christi Atrium Hotel. Now, after an extensive revitalization, the property is poised to reclaim its identity under the Holiday Inn brand. The hotel has 6,800 square feet of versatile meeting space, 236 guestrooms and an on-site bar and restaurant. The thoughtfully designed lobby serves as a communal hub, catering to various working styles and preferences, ensuring guests find both productivity and relaxation within its strategically furnished confines.

“Bringing this incredible asset back to strength for the Corpus Christi community has been an exciting opportunity,” said Jared Remington, managing partner at Code RE Partners. “We're proud to reintroduce the new and elevated Holiday Inn brand to Corpus Christi, centrally located near the city’s revamped port, providing a space for business to thrive and grow within the local community.”
